Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were adequate and pre-heated before I arrived, they felt small and claustrophobic, and being added onto the side of a Chinese restaurant was a bit off-putting. The service, on the other hand, couldn't do enough to help and went the extra mile in answering questions about the hotel, but it was a bit confusing as the staff could not be recognized without uniforms or nametags. The location was a bit of a letdown due to the dangerous walking conditions, but it was convenient being close to various amenities. The dining options included a variety of choices but were less than pleasing in quality. Overall, it was a decent stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel offered very comfortable and clean rooms, but unfortunately, some amenities were not operational during our stay. The service, although pleasant, lacked a formal appearance. The location was a mix of great social atmosphere and awkward distance from attractions. Overall, a mixed experience with positives and negatives to consider.
The hotel was ideal for a quick one-night stopover. The rooms were just okay, a bit cold and located in a noisy part facing the street. The service in June was friendly and helpful, offering information about local activities. The location, in the Katoomba area, was convenient but could use better ventilation. The dining experience was a standout with a hearty buffet breakfast. Overall, it was a decent stay for its price.
